I worked for one day. Which was Thursday May31, 2012, they asked if I wanted my pay check shipped thru the mail or would I like to come back tomorrow and pick it up. Well I was so broke I said I would come back tomorrow, which I did and they said they seemed to have lost my paper work. They want me to come back on Monday ,they will 100% guaranteed have my pay check which isn’t a lot of money but 30-40 dollars is a lot of money for someone who is looking for work... I’m just wondering if I should even waste my time going and trying to collect the only money I have to collect... if they don’t pay me what should I do????
