Yes On 49 Campaign Looks To Limit Measure 37 ChangesMeasure 49 is shaping up to be one of the hottest campaign fights of the fall. Measure 49 limits the development allowed under property compensation initiative, Measure 37. It changes the process for reviewing claims, and addresses the measure's legal uncertainties.
